At Greyrock Farm it is our goal to provide our community and customers with products
that are ethically and thoughtfully produced with pride and integrity.
GREYROCK GOLD RAW HONEY
Our customers love Greyrock Gold raw honey which is respectfully harvested from our apiary. Our unique honey has citrusy notes which give it a clean, fresh taste. Our bees are never fed sugar water and are left with most of the honey they produce. This practice allows the bees the same health benefits that we expect from raw honey as consumers and I believe contributes to their overall health.
SEASONAL PRODUCE
Our exceptional soil allows for a wide variety of produce to thrive at Greyrock Farm. A few staples we grow are garlic, shallots, beets, carrots, lettuce, peppers, dill, and tomatoes but are always adding new veggies to our list. We also have extraordinary blackberries, raspberries, and apples. Fall of 2023 we made a small batch of apple cider vinegar which will soon be available in our online store.
FLOWERS
Seasonal flowers are available at our farm typically July-October weather permitting. We love our sunflowers but also have an assortment of colorful cut flowers. Zinnias, Hydrangeas, Peonies, and Iris are a few of our favorites. We also offer splits, bulbs, and tubers when available.
HOLIDAY TURKEYS
Spring of 2023 we introduced a small group of Heritage turkeys to our farm. Highly coveted for their exceptional flavor and juiciness, Heritage turkeys are smaller than store-bought birds but as the saying goes- good things come in small packages! These birds are available on a pre-order basis only with a very limited supply.
